Most probably did not know, but Nevada lost its’ place as the fastest growing state in 2006. We held this title for 19 consecutive years. But last year, Arizona took the title from us. Well - they did not keep it for long. The Census Bureau announced recently that Nevada has regained the title again.
With 200,000+ jobs being created in the next five years (the majority will be casino jobs in Las Vegas), it is doubtful that Nevada will lose the title for a while.
