UNLV Career Services recently won the Nationals Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Foundation’s “Great Ideas” award. UNLV was selected from 50 prominent university and college programs as having the best programs developed and launched in response to the current economic downturn. Some of their accomplishments that led to this recognition were:
- No.1: Created an employer advice series video blog
- No. 2: Collaborated with public affairs
- No. 3: Developed an alumni job-search support group
- No. 4: Established ongoing employer roundtables
